Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ALÁKO by Samari. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our
garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom, altered, made-to-order, or final sale items are non-returnable.

2. Initiating a Return
To request a return:
- Email returns@alakobysamari.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if
applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ALÁKO by Samari is not liable for lost or damaged
return shipments.

4. Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and
inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new
order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@alakobysamari.com.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement where applicable.

7. Indiana State Compliance
In accordance with Indiana consumer laws:
- Refund terms must be clearly stated at the point of sale.
- If a return/refund policy is not provided, customers may be eligible for a refund under Indiana's general
consumer protection guidelines.
- ALÁKO by Samari complies by clearly displaying this policy online and during checkout.
